Floform Countertops is seeking a CNC Operator for our Boise local branch. The role focuses on safe operation of CNC machinery, precision setup, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• CNC operator experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Strong attention to details and precision are essential.
• Able to understand written English.
• Knowledge of fractions and measurements is important.
• Troubleshooting and good judgement are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up stock using laser guides for accurate placement.
• Load machines using mechanical lifters and position stock.
• Verify settings through precise measurements and standards.
• Monitor drilling, grooving and cutting; adjust tools and controls as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.
