Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops is hiring for a CNC Operator on the night shift at our Boise local branch. The role involves safe CNC operation, setup, and measuring to tight standards in a busy production environment.

We offer competitive wages ranging from $21 to $24 per hour (DOE), plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life/ADD insurance, EAP, FSA, and 401(k) plan. Requires high school diploma and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• CNC Operator experience preferred
• Basic mathematical skills required
• Attention to detail essential
• Ability to read and understand written English
• Understanding of fractions and measurements
• Good troubleshooting and judgement
• Valid driver's license and clean background

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe operation of the CNC machine
• Sets-up stock to be machined using laser guides for placement of product
• Loads machines by lifting stock into position using mechanical lifters
• Verifies settings by measuring positions; adhering to set standards
• Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; taking measurements; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to QA procedures
• Keeps workstation clean and orderly
• Adheres to all safety procedures on the production floor
• Other duties as assigned
• Monday - Thursday (Full Time)
