Job Description

Job Summary: This role includes duties of a CNC Machine Operator, operating CNC machines such as milling machines, lathes, turning centers, and horizontal mills for manufacturing aircraft interior parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Summary of Duties:

• Adhere to specifications, work instructions, and work orders.
• Document materials and processes for traceability.
• Operate CNC machines safely, load and execute programs, cut raw stock, and secure materials.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure accuracy with measurement tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper coolant levels.
• Report issues promptly to supervisors.

Job Requirements

Level 2 Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience.
• Basic operation of CNC machines, knowledge of G and M codes.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and work with metrology tools.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred.
• Good hand/eye coordination and safety awareness.
• Ability to self-inspect and correct discrepancies.
• Leadership skills for peer review (preferred).
