Earn $21.45/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be an integral part of our assembly team, working collaboratively to construct high-quality windows and doors.

Your duties may include:

• Learning and performing various assembly tasks, with opportunities for cross-training in different areas.
• Operating equipment and tools according to production orders, ensuring precise control and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintaining regular and dependable attendance.
• Upholding safety protocols and quality standards at all times.

Required Experience:

• Ability to pass pre-employment tests.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a polite and respectful demeanor.

Work Environment:

• Climate-controlled facility for year-round comfort.
• Consistent schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 pm to 6:30 am, with overtime available.
• Breaks: Two 10-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid break.
• Night shift perks include quieter workspaces, smoother commutes, and flexibility for daytime commitments.
