Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• US citizens with appropriate work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership.
• Verify that operation setup and parameters meet quality and engineering specifications.
• Perform inline inspections to ensure part conformity and maintain a clean workstation.
• Set up machines, perform routine maintenance, and manage multiple processes.
• Interface with CNC controllers, load control media, and troubleshoot performance.
• Operate and monitor several machines concurrently and achieve performance standards.
• Enter commands and adjust controls within process limits to correct malfunctions.
• Complete routine OPMs as prescribed and maintain organized work areas.
• Perform other duties as required.
