Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months’ related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and understand detailed shop drawings.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Good oral/written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines to set adjustments and material requirements.
• Load CAD programs with job specifications.
• Observe machine operation for defects or machine malfunction.
• Load and unload structural steel from machine with overhead crane.
• Remove burrs from parts and clear scrap/shavings from machine when required.
• Package parts for delivery or pick up.
• Work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.
