Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator in Arkansas to join our team and contribute to building America. Earn $15-$25/hr with weekly pay and growth opportunities in a safety‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include programming CNC machines, loading CAD programs, inspecting for defects, and handling structural steel with an overhead crane. A high school education and basic math/communication skills are required; overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months’ related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Good oral/written communication skills and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines to determine adjustments and material requirements.
• Load CAD drawn CNC programs with job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Observe machine operation to detect defects or machine malfunction.
• Load and unload structural steel from machine with overhead crane.
• Remove burrs from parts; clear scrap and debris from machine when required.
• Package parts for delivery or pickup.
• Overtime and punctual attendance are required.
