Qualifications

• Minimum of six months’ experience or willing to train on the job.
• Ability to work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring adherence to policies and PSA/QAQ standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist shop and yard personnel as needed.
• Drill holes in fabricated steel and load material on trucks.
• Lay out and cut material with supervisor guidance.
• Grind material for fit-up and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Clean and maintain the shop and work areas.
• Position material for tacking and operate punches, drills, grinders, and sandblasting equipment.
• Adhere to safety and QA/QC policies and OSHA regulations.
