Basden Steel Corporation in Arkansas is seeking a CNC Equipment Operator to join a precision-driven fabrication team. You'll work hands-on with industry-leading CNC equipment, load inputs, and ensure quality from start to finish during a fully paid training program at our Texas and Oklahoma facilities.

No CNC experience? Training is on us — we hire for aptitude. We value strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, and travel for the initial training period is required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols.
• Willingness to travel during the initial training period.
• Experience in manufacturing or structural steel fabrication (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Prior CNC machine operation (preferred).

• Set up and operate CNC equipment with precision.
• Load and unload raw materials to maintain production flow.
• Perform quality checks against blueprints and drawings.
