At Kelly Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our innovative manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where precision and quality are paramount, this role is for you.

Pay: $19–$22/hr (Depending on shift and experience) · Temp to Hire

Available Shifts:

• A Shift: 7:00AM–3:30PM, Mon–Fri
• B Shift: 4:00PM–2:30AM, Mon–Thurs
• C Shift: 10:30PM–7:00AM, Sun–Thurs

What does a typical day look like for this position? You’ll be…

• Setting up and operating CNC lathe and mill machines to produce precision parts
• Loading/unloading raw materials and finished parts
• Conducting dimensional inspections with calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Editing offsets/programs and changing tools as needed
• Packaging and labeling completed parts per work instructions
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
