Advance Services Inc. in Boone, IA is seeking a Machine Operator to operate machinery, prepare parts for shipment, and maintain accurate paperwork. Duties include molding, cutting, and foam production, reading safety rules and manuals, and performing basic math with both metric and standard units.

The role offers 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am), Monday-Friday, at $19.50 per hour. Weekly pay, health benefits, and referral incentives are available.

Machine Operator Advance Services has an excellent job opportunity available as a Machine Operator in Boone, IA, where you will operate machinery, prepare parts for shipment, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for all aspects of molding, cutting, and foam production, including, but not limited to, quality control and maintaining production standards.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization.
• Perform basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Demonstrates the ability to work with both metric and standard units of measurement.
• All other duties will be assigned.

Shifts & Pay

• 2nd shift 2pm-10:30 pm Monday-Friday $19.50hr.
• 3rd shift 10pm-6:30am Monday-Friday $19.50hr.
