Job summary

LITTLE TREES is seeking a Machine Operator for the DeWitt, IA area. Shift runs from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The role includes operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machines to meet production quality standards.

The position requires lifting 45 lbs repeatedly, standing 10+ hours, reliable transportation to DeWitt, and strict attendance. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and follow standard operating procedures as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team.

Job description

Hours: 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday.
Salary: $21.25 per hour, increasing to $22.75 within 6 months, which includes a $3 per hour shift differential
Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 45lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hour shifts
• Must have reliable transportation to De Witt, IA
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Required to accurately operate machinery
• Required to keep up with production requirements, while meeting quality expectations
• Required to follow standard operating procedures (instructions & rules)
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment

Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for performing various tasks which include operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production, while ensuring the products meet our production quality standards. This position plays a vital role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
