Job summary

Advance CNC Machining is seeking experienced CNC Machinists who take pride in producing high-quality precision parts and doing things the right way. As an experienced CNC Machinist, you'll bring technical designs to life while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and quality our customers depend on.

The job offers a competitive pay up to $35/hour DOE, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T to understand geometry and tolerances.
• Operate Makino 4- and 5-axis CNC milling centers, often with automation.
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) to verify parts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; follow processes meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
• Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centers.
• Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient and accurate machining.
• Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
• Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus — $1,250 at 90 Days + $1,250 at 6 Months

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $35/hour, depending on experience
• 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours

• Strong ability toread and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.

• Excellentcommunication skills—able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
• Aproactive,self‑driven work style withthe ability to complete taskswith minimaldirection.
• Experience operating 4-5 axis Makino machines isa strong plus.
