Qualifications

• Experience with CNC lathe setup and operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and process route instructions.
• Knowledge of GD&T and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
• Experience operating Okuma, Mazak or Mori machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes for turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling.
• Optimize setups, reduce cycle times, maintain offsets, and maximize machine utilization.
• Read and interpret blueprints and routing instructions.
• Apply GD&T and troubleshoot programs as needed.
• Follow in-process inspection protocols and report non-conformances to supervision.
