Job summary

Accelera Staffing seeks skilled CNC Lathe Machinists in Troy, OH to manufacture aerospace flight hardware. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with 10% night premium and overtime as needed.

You'll interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job routers, set up CNC lathes, and ensure tight tolerances and high-quality finishes. Direct experience with CNC lathe setup is required; machine operation only will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with CNC lathe setup.
• Ability to read GD&T and blueprints.
• Strong decimal math and measurement skills.

• GED or high school diploma completed.

Responsibilities

• Execute turning, boring, reaming, facing, and threading tasks.
• Analyze blueprints, work instructions, and job routers to establish tooling and workflow.
• Maintain tight tolerances and precise surface finishes for consistent part quality.
• Use advanced inspection tools to confirm dimensional requirements.
• Troubleshoot machining challenges to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE to meet productivity goals.
• Keep workstation tidy and assist teammates with equipment as needed.
