CNC Lathe Operators

Tylok is looking for QUALIFIED 1st Shift CNC lathe operators! Located in the northeast corner of Euclid, Ohio, we proudly offer a fully-renovated facility equipped with late model Citizen Miyano and Doosan CNC lathes. We don't use rotating or compressed shifts. Our schedules are predictable 5/8's weekly.

As a CNC Lathe Operator, you'll operate a cell of 2-3 CNC lathes to produce precision-machined threaded stainless steel, steel, and brass components. The parts are relatively simple to machine and the cycle times are set to facilitate operating more than one machine. You will be expected to check machined parts using common gauges, deburr parts, put parts in pin racks, and carry racks to the nearby holding shelf for the handoff to Inspection and the next step in the production flow.

Requirements:

2+ yrs. of experience operating CNC lathes to make stainless steel precision threaded products, maintain production requirements, and meet applicable quality standards. Candidates must also have the proven ability to read prints and job documentation and check sample parts using basic manual and digital gauges. We expect that candidates will own basic machinist gauges.

Candidates should also have:

• High adaptability and flexibility.
• Exceptional reliability.

Preferred experience includes:

• Inserting programs.
• Touching off tools.
