We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill & Lathe Operator with 3-5 years of experience in precision machining. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC machines to produce high-quality parts within tight tolerances. The ideal candidate should be proficient in blueprint reading, G-code, and M-code, with the ability to adjust and improve machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes based on blueprints and specifications.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic programming edits.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure precision and reduce waste.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues, collaborating with maintenance or engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation following all safety protocols.
• Document processes, maintain records, and report discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5+ years of experience with CNC milling (horizontal preferred) and lathes.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, feeds, speeds, and tooling.
• Experience with G-code, M-code, and manual programming.
• Familiarity with CAM software like Mastercam or Fusion 360 is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
• Proficiency in measurement and inspection techniques.
• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
