Job Description

Our client, a full-service packaging equipment company in Eastlake, is seeking CNC MACHINISTS to join their team.

Pay: $22.50 - $26.00

Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate various machines, including forklift, to complete operations on parts.
• Load material into machine holding devices.
• Read blueprints to match production tasks.
• Check dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure they meet work instructions and blueprint requirements.
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and plug gauges for dimension checks.
• Use hand tools like files, grinders, air tools, sanders, etc., as needed.
• Use a computer to track time and parts produced.
• Use jib cranes or other lifting devices to load parts if necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of CNC experience.
• Machine setup experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training will be provided.
