WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in the Kansas City area. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a focus on precise, high-quality machining to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Able to work 7am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Accurate interpretation of Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment such as a drill press, lathes, and CNC mills to produce parts.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and other machinery per specifications.
• Read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials; maintain equipment.
