Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist II for a client in Haverhill, MA. You will independently set up and operate CNC router equipment to manufacture precision plastic and composite components, interpreting blueprints and maintaining quality in a fast-paced production setting.

The role is a Direct Hire with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, offering $26–$33 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that supports long-term career growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with CNC routers preferred.
• Ability to independently perform machine setups.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adjust offsets, feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Perform fixture changeovers and setup verification.
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.

• Maintain production and quality standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for independently setting up and operating CNC router equipment to manufacture precision plastic and composite components.
