Qualifications

• Must meet ITAR requirements and be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Work from drawings and written instructions to create parts.
• Make offsets to programs on CNC machines.
• Maintain part conformance per sketch and drawing requirements.
• Perform in-process quality inspection and records.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce variation.
• Input data into visual management forms and report results to management.
• Continuously improve processes and eliminate waste.
