Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC lathe machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Set up CNC lathes independently.
• Read CNC programs and make basic edits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning centers independently.
• Read blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing specs.
• Select tooling, work holding, and machine offsets.
• Make tool wear, geometry, and dimensional adjustments.
• Troubleshoot tooling, dimensional, finish, and process issues.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Use micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gauges for precision checks.
• Machine components to tight tolerances, including ±0.001".
