Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a CNC Laser Systems Field Engineer to diagnose, repair, and optimize Mitsubishi laser cutting machinery across remote U.S. regions.

You will perform hands-on inspections, dismantle/repair components, and ensure alignment and cut quality while maintaining thorough documentation. Qualifications

• Background in machining or industrial equipment environments.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and precise tools.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-facing.

Responsibilities

• On-site diagnosis, repair, and optimization of Mitsubishi laser systems.
• Remote troubleshooting by phone to expedite uptime.
• Submit detailed service reports and expenses.
