Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced CNC Laser Operator for second and weekend shifts in a reliable manufacturing environment. You will load sheet metal, run pre-programmed cuts on Mazak and Amada systems, monitor cycles, and perform basic quality checks.

Overtime on Fridays is available to maximize earnings. The role requires 1 year of CNC experience, no degree required, and offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a weekend incentive pay plan.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in CNC laser or plasma operation.
Experience with Mazak and Amada equipment is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and perform basic dimensional checks.

Responsibilities

Load raw sheet metal onto CNC laser and plasma machine tables safely and accurately.
Call up pre-programmed cutting routines and execute production runs on Mazak and Amada equipment.
Monitor machine operations during cutting cycles to ensure proper machine performance and cut quality.
Unload finished parts, deburr or remove tabs, and organize items for downstream processing.
Conduct basic dimensional checks using calipers, tape measures, and gauges.
Perform basic routine maintenance including nozzle checks and lens cleaning.
Report program errors, material defects, or malfunctions to supervision.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow PPE and safety guidelines.
