Job summary

Randstad USA in Mesquite, TX is seeking a CNC Laser Operator I to set up and run CNC Laser or Plasma equipment, reading blueprints and ensuring parts meet tight specs. Responsibilities include material handling with overhead cranes, deburring with grinders, and maintaining 5S in the shop.

The role requires at least 1 year of CNC experience, blueprints literacy, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. The position is on-site with second shift hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating CNC Laser or Plasma cutting machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC Laser or Plasma equipment to meet tight customer specs.
• Load sheet metal using overhead cranes and safely remove finished parts.
• Read blueprints, measure parts, deburr with grinders, and finish components.
• Maintain 5S standards and complete job traveler paperwork.
