Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Laser Operator in Oshkosh, WI to operate and set up CNC laser machinery, cut metal parts to spec, and perform routine checks before and after operation.

You will load programs, adjust fixtures, and ensure accurate tolerances through dimensional inspections, while coordinating with purchasing on sheet metal inventories. The role requires basic math, blueprint reading, and forklift operation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements.
• Basic math literacy including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Operate the CNC laser and set up machinery.
• Load programs, set machine parameters and fixtures.
• Perform dimensional inspections to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the laser machine.
• Coordinate with purchasing to manage sheet steel and consumables inventory.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Adhere to housekeeping and safety standards.
