Job summary

Ohio Laser, Inc. seeks a CNC Laser Operator to set up and run laser cutting machines, load material, and inspect parts to documented tolerances. You will use CAM nesting, NC codes, and ERP entries while maintaining a clean, safe work area and assisting with secondary operations as needed.

The role requires reading drawings, operating precision measuring tools, and a basic math skill set. Prior experience with ERP/CNC software and forklift operation is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and procedures.
• Operate measuring tools with accuracy for QA inspections.
• Familiar with ERP/CNC software and NC code concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machine per specs.
• Load material, run cuts, inspect, de-burr, and document parts.
• Input data into ERP; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report discrepancies.
