Qualifications

• Experience with machine operating in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and reliable attendance on-site.

Responsibilities

• Move and position materials for machine operations.
• Cut, bend, and shape metal as part of pre-assembly.
• Operate machines individually or as part of a team.
• Operate a range of machines including punch press, laser/plasma cutters, shear, band saw, crane, robot cell, and CNC centers.
• Accurately use and read measuring tools.
• Operate overhead cranes to move or stack parts.
• Cross-train and work in multiple production areas as needed.
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and safe in compliance with safety and 6S procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance.
