Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and working with precision gauging tools.
• Strong computer skills and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and clear communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accurate tape measure use.

Responsibilities

• Start, warm-up, and shut down laser machines following procedures.
• Select, measure, assemble, and set machine using precision gauges.
• Mount and align tools and fixtures with hand tools and instruments.
• Create nests and programs; edit and store CNC parts programs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect laser head and lens.
• Position workpieces and set tooling according to blueprints.
• Monitor operation, detect malfunctions, and adjust as needed.
• Move parts between work centers and assist other duties.
