Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, OH is seeking a Rotating Parts MFG Lab Technician to set up and run CNC machines for producing rotating components. You will verify programs, establish offsets, and perform first-piece runs to ensure parts meet engineering specifications.

The role covers hand measurements, in-process and final inspections, data recording, and collaboration with engineers and quality teams. A technical associate degree and CNC experience in aerospace are preferred; competitive pay and

Qualifications

Associateegree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
2+ years CNC machining experience in aerospace or automotive.
Proficient with hand tools and metrology.
Ability to read drawings and GD&T.
Experience with CAD/CAM software.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce rotating parts per specifications.
Load/verify CNC programs; set offsets; run first pieces for verification.
Install/replace tooling and fixtures; monitor wear to maintain surface finish.
Perform in-process and final inspections with calipers, micrometers, gauges and indicators.
Record measurement data and deviations; collaborate with engineers and quality teams.
