Krones Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist for the Milling Department on the 2nd shift with first shift training in Wisconsin. The role involves complex machine operations, loading programs, setting up fixtures, and ensuring parts meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications include 5 years of CNC mill setup/programming, Mazak/Mazatrol experience, and strong math and drawing-reading skills. Benefits include a competitive pay, sign-on bonuses, and a robust benefits package.

Competenze

• 5 years of CNC mill set-up and programming/editing experience.
• Mazak experience preferred.
• Strong editing of G-code and Mazatrol programming.
• Strong math skills and ability to read detailed part drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to move between work centers.

Mansioni

• Retrieve CNC programs and load to the machine.
• Setup, load, and operate CNC machines to produce parts per prints.
• Edit in G-code and manually program using Mazatrol Control.
• Setup fixturing and develop own setups on machine.
• Perform first piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Use measuring devices like micrometers and calipers to verify specs.
• Oiler, grease, and clean machines (5S) and perform operator maintenance.
• Operate forklifts/cranes to handle fixturing and equipment.
