Job summary

OPW, a leader in fluid-handling systems, seeks Maintenance Technicians to maintain and repair production equipment including CNC machines and related control systems. You will troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support installation and testing of new equipment in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of technical training in mechatronics or electromechanical fields and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2-years completion of Technical or Community College in Mechatronics or electromechanical equivalent.
• 5–8 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts and overtime as required.
• Proficient with CMMS, MS Office, email and basic computer use.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to meet customer needs and maintain safe, clean work environment.
• Engage with all department projects and objectives.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on CNC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Set up activities and installation of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot decoding CNC controls and calibrate equipment.
• Follow layout plans, blueprints, and manuals while working.
