Job summary

OPW is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to install, repair, maintain, dismantle, and move large equipment. You will troubleshoot CNC machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support TPM records to ensure safe, continuous operation.

Strong knowledge of CNC controls, PLCs, electrical schematics and engineering drawings is required, with 5+ years of experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of maintenance troubleshooting experience.
• CNC machining center experience (Mazak, Nakamura, Samsung, Okuma, DMG Mori).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains CNC machining and facility systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance and TPM records.
• Isolates malfunctions, disassembles equipment and replaces components.
• Provides emergency repairs and supports equipment relocation.
• Reviews service requests and performs basic root cause analysis.
