Job summary

BW Packaging seeks a skilled CNC & Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years in machinist technician work; familiarity with CNC machines, Mazatrol and Fanuc controls is preferred. Join a team that values safety, reliability, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Machinist Technician related experience.
• Experience with CNC machines and maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Mazatrol and Fanuc CNC knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance logs, works orders, and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles and related systems.
• May perform routine preventative maintenance to building structures as needed.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
