Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience with proficiency in Lathe, Vertical Mill, or Horizontal Mill.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pass safety, hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety rules.
• Operate CNC Lathes, Vertical Mills, and/or Horizontal Mills.
• Read CNC programs and make minor edits to improve efficiency.
• Set up tooling and perform tool changes.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and written instructions.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and T tolerancing concepts.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
• Maintain tight machining tolerances and process quality.
