Job summary

ARCH Global Holdings LLC is seeking a CNC Horizontal Mill Experienced Machine Operator for the Weekend Day Shift. The role involves operating a milling CNC machine, maintaining quality and safety standards, and documenting parts extensively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Machine Tool Technology degree (completed or pursuing).
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience operating a CNC mill machine.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Inspects parts during machining to ensure specs met and calibrations performed.
• Follow all job work order instructions.
• Operate more than one machine when cycle time permits.
• Complete shop floor documentation including part dimensions and visual inspection.
• Maintain equipment per preventive maintenance guidelines and report needed repairs.
• Adhere to safety, quality systems, and housekeeping standards.
