Job summary

ARCH is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to produce machined parts by setting up, programming and operating a Mill CNC machine, while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will read blueprints, change tools, and document machining results to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and ITAR US person status; the role offers a competitive hourly rate with robust benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• ITAR US person status required (U.S. Citizen / Green Card / etc.).
• Experience with CNC setup and operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up parts in CNC machines without assistance.
• Change tools and adjust heights and tool comps for quality output.
• Inspect parts during machining to ensure specs and calibration.
• Follow job work orders and document results.
• Operate multiple machines when cycle time allows.
