Job summary

ARCH Global Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Horizontal Mill Operator for the Weekend Day Shift in Minneapolis, MN. You will operate a milling CNC, ensure quality, record data, and maintain equipment with a focus on safety and precision.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CNC mill experience, good blueprint reading skills, and strong attention to detail. We offer competitive benefits, a sign-on bonus, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Machine Tool Technology degree (completed or pursuing).
• 1 year CNC mill operation experience.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products during machining operation to meet specifications and standards.
• Follow all job work order instructions.
• Operate more than one machine when cycle time permits.
• Complete required shop floor documentation for the job, including inspection data.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance per manuals.
• Comply with safety, quality systems, and housekeeping standards.
