Job summary

ARCH Minneapolis is looking for motivated machine operators with CNC mill experience or a Machine Tool Technology degree. We are actively seeking night shift team members with opportunities to learn and grow within our precision‑machining environment.

Produces machined parts by operating a Milling computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, green card holder, asylee, refugee).
• Preferred: Machine Tool Technology degree or enrollment; 1+ year CNC mill experience; ability to read blueprints; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspects parts during machining to ensure specifications.
• Follow all work order instructions.
• Run more than one machine when cycle time permits.
• Complete shop floor documentation for the job including measurements and visual inspection.
• Maintain equipment via preventive maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Comply with safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.
