Qualifications

• Job shop experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform finish machining operations including drilling, threading and boring with close tolerances.
• Operate CNC Horizontal Boring Mills using Fanuc Controls (Tosnuc).
• Use Cogsdill contouring heads and right-angle heads as required.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Verify CNC programs for conformance to specifications.
• Conduct in-process inspection with basic measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and collaborate with team.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to ensure quality parts.
