Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Tomball, TX is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate, program and set up CNC machines to meet drawing requirements and quality standards.

The role demands reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while collaborating with other departments to boost efficiency. You will produce per specifications, program equipment to drawings, and adjust processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines (Mill).
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-starter with minimal guidance.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Produce products in accordance with specified requirements.
• Program equipment to meet drawings and other requirements.
• Make offset and program changes to improve efficiency.
• Keep the work area neat and orderly.
• Keep equipment oiled and lubrication levels maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve high efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager/supervisor.

CNC Machinist

Salary Range: $24.00 To $32.00 Hourly

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill ourCNC Machinist role. They will be responsible for operating, programming and setting up CNC Machines as instructed to produce in accordance with specified requirements. The candidate would be directly responsible for the quality of work performed.
