Qualifications

• Basic CNC programming knowledge to upload/download programs to machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups, wheel pack changes, and steady rest adjustments per SOP.

This role ensures parts are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and inspection requirements.Responsibilities:Operate Anca CNC grinding machines to manufacture precision tools according to job travelers, product drawings, and specifications.Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Work (SW) to produce a unique and patent protected dental drill while maintaining machines at maximum production levels and adhering to safety standards.Perform machine setups, basic offsets, wheel pack changes, and steady rest adjustments as required per SOP.Monitor grinding processes and make minor adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
