This role ensures parts are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and inspection requirements.**Responsibilities:*** Operate Anca CNC grinding machines to manufacture precision tools according to job travelers, product drawings, and specifications.* Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Work (SW) to produce a unique and patent protected dental drill while maintaining machines at maximum production levels and adhering to safety standards.* Perform machine setups, basic offsets, wheel pack changes, and steady rest adjustments as required per SOP.* Monitor grinding processes and make minor adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
