HFO Chicago is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer facilities and install, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools, with company-provided vehicle and paid travel expenses. You will research issues from manuals and vendor sources, document status updates, and perform preventative maintenance.

Training in Haas equipment will be provided with factory certification within the first year. Ideal candidates have mechanical/electrical repair experience and the ability to read

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability in mechanical/electrical repair or engineering desired.
• CNC repair background is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer sites to install, fix, repair and maintain machine tool equipment (company vehicle provided).
• Research machine issues using online documents and vendor resources.
• Submit accurate status reports to office and customers.
• Promote and perform preventative maintenance and after-sales technical support.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool products represented by the company.
• On-boarding includes training in CNC repair and Haas equipment with factory certification within the first year.
