HFO Chicago, a leading machine tool distributor, is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites, install, repair, and maintain Haas CNC machine tools and related equipment. You will use manuals and vendor resources to diagnose issues and provide after-sales support and training.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to document service activities. Company vehicle provided; travel costs paid by the company.

Competenze

• Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment.
• Ability to travel to customer facilities and document status of machine issues.
• Willingness to complete factory certification within the first year.

Mansioni

• Travel to customer sites to install, fix, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Research machine issues using online documents, manuals and vendor resources.
• Complete accurate documentation and submit to office and customer.
