HFO Chicago is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to travel to customer facilities in Northern Illinois and Indiana to install, diagnose, and repair Haas CNC machines and controls. You will leverage manuals, libraries, and vendor resources to pinpoint issues and implement corrective actions.

You will deliver operator coaching, preventative maintenance, and after-sales support, with onboarding that includes CNC repair training and Haas factory certification within your first year.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical service or engineering.
• Fluency reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics is required.
• Comfort using a laptop, smartphone, and various software tools.

Mansioni

• Travel to customer facilities to install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Haas CNC machines and controls.
• Document service findings, repairs, and installation details clearly for customers and internal teams.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, operator coaching, and proactive maintenance services.
