Job summary

Pacifica Continental seeks a Service Engineer in Massachusetts to provide maintenance and repair assistance for CNC machine tools. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, with strong customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers with machine tools on-site and via phone, updating technical documentation, and developing service reports. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
• Experience with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair, and installation assistance of CNC machine tools.
• Create and update documentation of technical information.
• Develop and analyze ongoing reports for service.
