The role requires 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and excellent customer service skills. The position involves significant travel (50%), and the individual must be adaptable to a dynamic work environment. Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field are preferred. The work environment may include hazards typical of manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
• Experience with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and installation assistance of CNC machine tools on location.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Develop and analyze reports for Service.
