Ellison Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients across a locally defined territory. Based from Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, or Iowa markets, you will service, install and maintain CNC equipment at customer sites.

You will receive a car allowance and company devices, with travel focused locally (about 50%). The role offers growth, a strong culture and a team that values hands-on problem solving and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and repairing CNC machining centers.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Coordinate with customers and team across multiple sites.
• Take ownership of service cases and maintain records.
