Job summary

Ellison Technologies in Iowa is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Iowa market. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology and maintain top-notch equipment while delivering exceptional service that turns customers into raving fans.

You will receive a car allowance (or a company vehicle), company-provided cellphone and laptop, fuel reimbursement, and a fast, hassle-free process.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Strong communication with customers and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we’re looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
